Life Ties Group Home Expansion - 2205 Pennington Road

Zoning Board Meeting - June 16, 2008 Update (click here for original the public notice):

The owner of Life Ties needs several variances to her residental lot to expand the current Group Home for underaged children to include an additional 15 units for what she calls "aged out" 18-23 year olds. These variances are either denied or granted by the Ewing Township Zoning Board.

The first hearing for the Life Ties Group Home expansion was held at a special April 9, 2008 Zoning Board meeting. The followup meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 16th at 7 pm in the Ewing Twp Municipal complex. Public testimony will follow discussion on the zoning application by Lifeties.
